Retail is dedicated to the future of StoreTrader: the product is
constantly evolving. StoreTrader Live is the latest and most
comprehensive version yet, using Internet technology to extend
StoreTrader’s already renowned usability and functionality. The initial
releases provide easy access to StoreTrader’s repertoire of reports and
enquiries, and provide real-time online backup. Future releases will
extend the range of services available to StoreTrader Live users, to
consolidate StoreTrader as the fastest, easiest, most functional and
reliable point of sale software available.
The
same designer has overseen StoreTrader’s development since its
inception, giving unprecedented consistency. Because of this and
because of the heavy emphasis on specification, testing and code
re-use, StoreTrader has a remarkably low incidence of reported errors
for a software product its size.
Regular new releases incorporating problem fixes and improvements are
freely available to existing users with a support agreement. The
Pacific Retail dedicated helpdesk provides Web-based support and
product distribution to Resellers, who in turn provide first-level call
support for our customers, the StoreTrader users.
