The
StoreTrader point of sale system is an integrated set of software
modules designed to run on any Windows PC, PoS terminal or handheld.
Although it runs on Vista, we don't support this and recommend you
install WIndows 7 instead. The standard mdules are StoreTrader PoS for the PoS terminal (till) StoreTrader Store Server for managing 2 or more PoS terminals in a store StoreTrader Enterprise Server for managing 2 or more stores. There is a standard licence fee for each module, and an annual support fee (due after a 90-day warranty period) There
are other modules to deal with EFT (chip & PIN card) processing,
barcode label printing, StoreTrader on a handheld, and the various
versions of Accounting Link to deal with Sage 50, Mamut and other
accounting packages. StoreTrader
Live is
a combined software and service offering. You can pay for online
backup, monitoring (Live Agent) and reporting with your local
StoreTrader system, or you can ask us to host the entire system for
you, providing a 'cloud'-based or software as a service for a monthly
fee. We and our resellers can supply PoS hardware (touchscreen
terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers) or you
can source your own. If you do this you should check with us first to
ensure you haven't forgotten anything.
Our resellers can help with demonstrating StoreTrader Live, with
hardware and software selection, and with implementation
services including integration with other application systems if
required.
